International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the destination, the courier selected, and any applicable customs fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and taxes, which may be imposed by the destination country.
Order Processing & Delivery:

All orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Shipping Method: We ship all domestic orders using USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, depending on the size and weight of the package.
Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Clotea and/or the appointed shipping company will not be held accountable for any lost or delayed items resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Clotea Return Policy
At Clotea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer FREE RETURNS to all our customers within the following guidelines.
Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the items.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team within the 14-day period. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a FREE UPS prepaid return label via email.
How to Return an Item:
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team with your return request. Make sure to do this within 14 days of receiving your items.

Receive Your Prepaid Return Label: Once your return is approved, we will send you a FREE UPS prepaid return label to the email address provided at checkout.

Print and Attach the Label: Print the prepaid return label and securely attach it to any box or package.

Return the Item: You will have 14 days from receiving the prepaid return label to send the item back to us. Simply drop off the package at any UPS location for return shipping.

Return Processing & Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
Important Notes:
Free Return Labels: Free return labels are only available for items shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Return Condition: Items should be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
